Commercial Receivables. Connected Globally.

Invifacto connects businesses with eligible financial institutions through secure receivables verification, financing workflows and API-powered infrastructure.

How one invoice reaches eligible institutions A verified invoice is routed to two purchase institutions and one lender that match its jurisdiction, currency and size. A fourth institution is excluded because it does not cover the invoice currency. How Invifacto works

From an unpaid invoice to an institution's decision

Every step is recorded with who acted, when, and the evidence behind it.

  1. Step 1

    Submit a receivable

Add invoice details, the commercial buyer and supporting documents. You grant consent for each institution that may review it.

  2. Step 2

    Verify the evidence

Invifacto checks business identity, duplicate submissions, disclosed assignments and the documents your industry requires.

  3. Step 3

    Match eligible institutions

Rules match the invoice against each institution's jurisdictions, currencies, size limits, industries and products, with a reason for every result.

  4. Step 4

    Compare offers

Institutions do their own underwriting and send terms. Purchase offers and loan offers are shown separately, never mixed.

  5. Step 5

    Close with the institution

You sign with the institution you choose. It funds you directly under its own agreement and authorization.

Invifacto does not lend, buy invoices or hold your funds. We are the technology layer between your business and independent institutions. Each institution makes its own credit, purchase and fraud decisions.

Our three infrastructure pillars

One platform for matching, verification and integration

Matching & transactions

Invifacto Exchange

Where businesses meet approved institutions, receive offers and follow each deal to close.

  • Eligibility matching with stated reasons
  • Secure offer submission, expiry and withdrawal
  • Separate purchase and lending lifecycles
  • Disputes, milestones and reporting
Business & receivable checks

Invifacto Verify

Evidence-based checks on the business, the buyer and the invoice, with every source recorded.

  • Business identity and authorized signatories
  • Duplicate invoice detection
  • Every finding labelled: confirmed evidence, user assertion, third-party finding or unverified
  • Human review and fraud escalation
APIs & integrations

Invifacto Connect

Versioned APIs so banks, factors, accounting and ERP platforms can plug in without replacing their systems.

  • Scoped credentials and OAuth 2.0
  • Signed webhooks with retries
  • Idempotency keys and rate limits
  • Separate sandbox and production

Payment coordination and embedded credit, built on the same rails

Both run in test mode today. Neither is offered live until the required legal reviews, licensed partners and approvals are in place.

Payment & settlement orchestration

Invifacto Pay

Records who owes what to whom on an approved transaction, and when it was sent and received, so every party reconciles to the same numbers.

  • Payment instructions tied to each purchase or loan
  • Payer-reported and payee-confirmed, with discrepancy flags
  • Reconciliation and payment-status webhooks
  • Invifacto does not hold or move funds. Money moves between the parties’ own banks.
Embedded “Send Now, Pay Later”

Invifacto SNPL

Software for licensed remittance operators in Canada and the United States to offer eligible customers instalment credit from a licensed lender, at the moment of sending.

  • Embedded customer flow with explicit consent
  • The licensed lender decides, sets and discloses the cost of credit
  • Funding, payout and repayment status for operator and lender
  • Invifacto is not the lender and does not send remittances
Solutions for businesses

Turn approved B2B invoices into working capital options

Submit once and reach the institutions that actually serve your country, currency, industry and invoice size.

  • See who is eligible and why, before you share anything
  • Control which institutions can review each invoice
  • Compare full offer terms, including recourse, reserves and fees
  • Add your finance team with their own roles
Solutions for financial institutions

Receive verified opportunities that fit your mandate

Factoring companies, receivables purchasers, banks and invoice-backed lenders set their own criteria. Invifacto only routes what fits, with the business's consent.

  • Define jurisdictions, currencies, size limits and industries
  • Review a verification file with sources, not just a score
  • Your pricing and decisions stay private from other institutions
  • Work in the dashboard or connect through the API

Two different products

Selling an invoice is not the same as borrowing against it

Invifacto keeps these products separate at every step, from the offer you see to the contract you sign.

PurchaseInvoice sale / factoringThe institution buys the receivableSecured loanInvoice-backed lendingThe institution lends against the receivable
Who owns the invoiceThe institution, once assignment completesYou keep it; it is pledged as security
What you receivePurchase price, often as an advance plus a reserve released laterA loan amount, repaid on a schedule
Cost shown asDiscount or factoring fee, plus any other chargesInterest, fees and any legally required cost disclosure
If the buyer doesn't payDepends on recourse: full, limited or non-recourseYou still owe the loan under its default terms
Buyer notificationOften required for assignmentDepends on the security arrangement

General description only. Actual terms are set by each institution and its agreement. Disclosures are reviewed for each jurisdiction before the product goes live there.

Frequently asked questions

Questions businesses and institutions ask first

Does Invifacto lend money or buy invoices?

No. Invifacto is a technology intermediary. Independent institutions decide whether to buy a receivable or lend against it, and they fund you directly under their own agreements.

Is my invoice guaranteed to be approved or funded?

No. Each institution does its own underwriting and may decline. Invifacto does not promise approval, pricing or timing unless an institution has committed to it in writing.

What is the difference between factoring and an invoice-backed loan?

With factoring or a sale, the institution buys the invoice. With an invoice-backed loan, you keep the invoice and borrow against it, so you owe the loan back. Invifacto shows these as separate products with separate terms.

Who can see my invoices?

Only your own team and Invifacto staff who need access to process your file. An institution sees an invoice only after you grant consent for that institution.

Which industries can use Invifacto?

Any lawful business with commercial (B2B) receivables. Our first Canadian outreach focuses on transportation and freight, but the platform is designed for manufacturing, wholesale, staffing, construction, mining and natural resources, professional services and more.

Is Invifacto available outside Canada?

Canada is our pilot market. Other countries are configured in the platform but stay inactive until legal and institutional readiness is approved for each one.

Does Invifacto hold or move my money?

No. Institutions pay businesses, and businesses repay lenders, through their own bank accounts. Invifacto Pay only records payment instructions and confirmations so both sides can reconcile.

What is Invifacto SNPL?

Software that lets licensed remittance operators offer “Send Now, Pay Later” credit from a licensed lender. The lender decides, sets and discloses the cost of credit, and collects repayment. It is in sandbox testing and is not offered to consumers yet.

What does Invifacto charge?

Pricing for the pilot is not yet published. We will disclose any fee before you agree to it.
